    Nutrition Food Groups
Ok - I'm in nursing school and doing a nutrition project. We had to record our diet intake for two days, and now we need to separate all the foods into the different food groups in the My Pyramid (ex: milk, fruits, vegetables, meats and grains). I'm kind of confused. I'm just going to list [I]all[I] the foods I am trying to put into groups, and if someone would either get me started or whatever that would be great!

Honey bunches of oats cereal (grains?)
    Potato Chips (fats/oils/sweets?)
Lasagna (Theres so many things in it I'm lost)
    Garlic Bread (?? )
    Chicken noodle soup (?? )
Hamburger Helper Cheeseburger Macaroni (?? )
    Pancakes (?? )

    Thanks for anything! :) :)

I plan on shooting groups of 15-30 people. What poses can you recommend for shooting a social organization? Is a 35-70 lens on a Canon T50 suitable for shooting groups of this size? In the past I've used a 28mm and the individuals on the end look out of focus.?
