Does she like me
Well there's this girl at work, she keeps starring at me from her desk and when I catch her she looks away. She started to talk to me by joking around and kind of flirting. So I decided one day to ask her if she wanted to go on break with me, so she said yes, we talked for a little bit and when break was over we both went inside, she did not wait for me. The same day I was talking with a friend and she came up to me and told me what she was doing for lunch out of the blue. I started to notice when she is around me she doesn't act with me like she does with her friends, she acts quiet and peaceful. When we do get to talk she is always talking to me about her personal life, I don't even ask questions. Now she makes it a point to say hi to me everyday and stills jokes around with me and now wants to hang out with my friends and I because all of us are into the same stuff. Does it seem like she is interested in me or just thinks of me as a friend. We have just started talking for about a week now and it was because she got really sick at work and I came to help her sort of.

It sounds like she has a crush on you. If you are interested in her - and your company allows coworkers to date- then ask her on a real date.

She's definitely sending some signals your way I agree with JJ you'll never know until you ask her out right? But JJ made a good point make sure your company allows it or this could cause a whole other post from you later down the road hehe! Take care!

Well we hung out, I didn't say anything to her (I do have interest in her but I'm a little shy) and we talk for a bit, found out we have a lot more of the same interest and well I felt kind of weird, like she has no interest, but I have a negative personality (I know that's not good).

Regardless of your company's policy on dating, are you ready to change jobs over this?
If things work out with you, working together will be a horrible idea the closer you get.
If things DON'T work out, well, you know how THAT'S going to be at work every day, right?

She could like you as a boyfriend or just a friend. She sound similar to me. I think she likes u, its obvious. And if she doesn't, she accepts you as a close friend. All you need to do is be there for her and don't be too annoying or clingy.

Be on the safe side and keep it as friends as it can be mighty uncomfortable working around someone you fall for, but she rejects you.
Friends is safe, and can be more rewarding.

Well to clear things up, my job has really no restrictions on this. Over the years becoming close to people I work with and I always but work first when there. As for there being any problems with relationships and work I have never had one, when we split, we split and it has never matter to mean that way.
