I'm 16 and I have no idea how to dance.
I used to be very shy when i was little. I wouldn't talk to anybody. I have gotten over my fear a LOT, but i still get embarrassed and blush easily. I really wish i could dance. i was homecoming queen for my small school and all i could do is slow dance. i need help with how to let go and just dance?! i have tried to do just that at my house and i couldnt. i need help. :( homecoming is just around the corner and my bf LOVES to dance.
please help!?

Do you have any friends that you think are good dancers? If so, then ask for some lessons. It could be a lot of fun.

Yeah... my guy friends tried to teach me.. but it was way too embarressing.
And all of my girl friends have rhythm.. something that I do NOT have. They can just go with it.

Heyy... its okay :)... dancing is all about letting yourself go, a person may learn STEPS but steps do not become dance till it comes from the heart... just enjoy the music :) let the music carry you off and it will happen. I can understand the initial hesitation... don't let it get you down... try dancing with your boyfriend ( if you are comfortable dancing with him) or an old friend with whom you are comfortable :)... do not worry about rhythm... it comes when you are least worried about it... I'll tell you what I did in my initial days in dancing (in school)... I danced with my friends, and we tried doing the same steps with the music (or rather I copied my friends steps )... gradually as you get more involved you may find yourself leading your friends... its fun! :) All The Best

Well, maybe you COULD ask a friend for help. Maybe a friend with skill you might not have. Dancing isn't really hard at all. Just, don't think about it. Feel it. You can do it.

Listen to the music and listen to the main beat in whatever song just let your body go to that rhythm-feel it -dont think about it-and then practice-look in the mirror watch videos and dancing with the stars you can do it-dont overwhelm yourself -and if all else fails... you can always just do the two step=:D You know just moving your hips side to side...

Is it a good idea to reroute pipes for a 12 unit building rather then take the chance of digging up concrete parking lot and plumber not finding where break in clay pipe is? If there is a break in the pipe at all how can you put a liner in if you can't see?? I personally think the plumber is lying...
