    Injurys from not warming up
    Hi, I was woundering what injurys occurred if you didn't warm up properly before dancing?

    Ouch. A number of things. A common injury would be a hamstring pull. Very painful and takes a long time to heal. Since this answer would be very lengthy, feel free to email me if you wish. But please do warm up before dance or most exercise. If you're in a class, I'm sure the teacher will have a warm-up period.

Oil Furnace not warming house [ 12 Answers ]

Our oil furnace doesn't give us much heat in our bedrooms which are on the end of our home. We removed a wall in our kitchen a few years ago and it's very uncomfortable now. Our Home is 1354 Sq. Ft. and we think it should be warmer than it is. Any suggestions?
