    Hello, I'm newly married but my marriage is not working out so I won't to know about my immigration status if I get divorce with my wife and she is the main sponcer also,

    Employment is not a major factor... but if you are conditional permanent resident and get divorced before you submit I-751, you are immediately out of status. You may file a self petition to remove condition only in case you have concrete evidence that you become victim of domestic abuse.
