First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

Second is not a good idea to put personal info on line so I edited out the address.

You don't have a judgement against a home. A judgement is against a person. Once a judgement is obtained it may be used to place a klien on a home or attach other assets.

Have you recevied a summons? If you tell us more of the story (without listing personal info) we may be able to help further.

If you wish to know if there is a lien on your home, you go to the register of deeds and see if one has been placed
