    Jurisdictional hold for another county
    How long can you be held in jail in one county for a probation violation in another county? No charges in county holding person.

    Hello c:

    There's no time limit in the law. If the county that wants you doesn't come to get you, the county that's holding you will get tired of paying the bills and let you go. I don't know when. Ask the jailer. They'll tell you.
