    Getting out
    Can I move out of my moms house at 16 and I have a job go to school and have a child in Indiana??

    Wait your 16 and have a child? I doubt you will be able to get out with a child. There's no way for a 16 year old to fund themselves and a child especially since you won't be able to work full time because of school. And if you aren't in school then you don't have a High School diploma, so you can't get even a real decent job

    No. Having a baby doesn't automatically emancipate you. To get emancipated you would have to go to court and convince the judge that you can take care of yourself and the baby without assitance. A rather hard thing to do.

    Normally I would encourage you to stay at home since living on your own isn't easy at all. Before I do that could you tell me why you are considering moving in the first place?
