You also have to have proof of that place to live and many landlords won't rent to a minor (with good reason). If you really feel that you are abused you need to talk to your school counselor.
Absolutely correct - you don't need to show that you will GET a job and make sufficient money to support yourself in a live alone situation. You need to HAVE a job for a period and show you are self supporting.
If you are abused, then you have to report your parents to the authorities.
There is always the possibility that your parents want you out of the house and will have you declared a person in need of supervision. If that happens, the Court conducts a hearing and you are on your own.
