I just broke up with my guy of 6 years because he cheated on me or was unfaithful.

And suddenly I feel empty, lonely. :(

A lot of my girl pals are attached or married :(

What should I do

Sorry you are feeling sad :( It will take time to get over your relationship. Do something to fill your time and take your mind off it. Join an organization that you will enjoy and that will allow you to meet new people. I don't know what your interests are but here are some ideas:
Book club
Bowling team
Theater group
Bible study
Yoga class
Pottery class

Volunteer at a soup kitchen, homeless shelter, hospital, Ronald McDonald House

Have a party and invite all your neighbors - even the ones you don't know.

If your ex took up a large part of your life, you are going to have to start building a life for yourself, a well-balanced life that brings you happiness. :)

First, take up a sport and get exercise every day; start by walking 2 miles a day.

Then, you will need a couple of hobbies, intellectual interests, a volunteer project, time with friends, and so on...

Start building a life for yourself full of positive activities. It will become fun and places to meet new people all the time.
