[panic_manic]

for a while now I'll have these really random thoughts that aren't at all normal and are in fact quite disturbing.
for example, I think about my house catching fire and being the only one able to get out, and I'll think about what it would be like to watch the house burn with my family inside of it. Or I'll start to think about what it would be like if my sister strangled someone close to me.
when I'm thinking them, I find them the most amusing things in the world but when I'm done with them I find that its really sick that I can be amused while imagining my dad falling down the stairs...
is this normal? Should I get help?:confused: :(
