Sunroom needs to be permanent room
We live in tampa, have about an 18x30 sunroom with these crappy plastic metal frame windows and no air.

We would like to have get a ball park cost on framing out 3 sides of this room, with normal window, insullation, etc. It will give us a good amout of new space.

The 3rd wall is the outside wall of our house so it's fine.

    Any suggestions:confused:

Get 3 or more estimates from local contractors. Give them a written list, drawing of what you want and the type of materials to be used. We can't just guesstimate a number for you not knowing your local labor rates and what materials are to be used. For example, do you want 2x4 stud walls with aliminum siding or what?
