    Arrested 4 drinkdriving now 9 mouths later got a summons for danders driving on
    I got arrested for drinkdriving but it came back as below the limit so that was that now nine mouths later I've got a court summons for danders driving is there anything I can do

    Is this a new charge - dangerous driving - or did they drop the original drunk driving and replace it with dangerous driving?
