    Rent to own
    I live in Arkansas and was wondering about laws governing landlord tenants and contracts and the old owner giving back to the original owner only to make changes in the contract.

    Before you get an answer you can count on, you'll need to explain in DETAIL exacly what happened. Frankly, the laws on the matter probably fill 1,000's of law books. We don't have space for it all.
