Hello. I've been trying to remember more details about this movie for years and years. All I can remember is that there is a family and they live on a farm or something like that. There is a little boy and the little boy and another little boy find a baby in some hay in a barn (I think the baby is dead or an angel, can't remember) and they keep it hidden there. Near the end some cops or detectives come to the house (I remember a screen door) and question the father (who reminds me of james cromwell) or accuse him of something that is really awful, I can't remember what but it is either murder or some very important money crime. At the end, the man douses himself with gasoline and lights himself on fire. He blows up and all that is left of him are his boots/shoes/feet.

If someone could help me with this I will be eternally grateful. ITs killing me!
