    Do I have any wa out of the mess with my ex wife
    I left my home because of divorce and my ex wife let the bank foreclose on it do I have an rights to get out of it and or is there a way for me to get out of it with out filling chapter

    Who got the home in the divorce, or has there been a division of property,

    And what do you want to "get out of" do you want to try and save and keep the house yourself ?
    Has it already foreclosed ? Has the bank sold it ?

    What type of mortgage was it, Have you had your divorce attorney review it.
