If you have low pressure on both hot and cold in the shower, then check the showerhead it could have debre in it, I would start with that and lets see what happens.----Zeke---

Zeke gave you good advice. Let me add a bit to it. When you remove the shower head turn the shower on to see if the valve's clear. Now look just inside the shower haed and see a rubber washer with holes around the edge.
This will be a water saver. Pry it out and toss it. This will give you mote water. Let us know if this fixed the problem. Good luck, Tom

Juntol...
I missed your last post! Sorry.
Here, I would have you check the shutoffs in basement and make sure open all the way. If all open, go upstairs and remove shower trim plae and see if there is internal stops on the shower valve (slotted heads to left/right on valve)... use flat screwdriver to turn counterclockwise if present... see if that improves things then pop back and let us know.
If that doesn't work then it may be time to get into the valve and see what is happening there. Is this a single/two or three handle shower? How old?? Also let us know if always like this or if this is new issue?
Thanks... MARK

How old is your house? What type of pipes do you have? Plastic, copper or galvanized? I bet you get a real thrill when you're showering and someone flushes a toilet. Back to you, Tom
