    Movie about a soap box race
    Hi!

    I'm looking for the name of a movie from the 80's (maybe even 70's)

    It's about a bunch of young boys who build a soap box for a race. Some girls want to join them but the boys refuse. Then the girls invite them to a party before the race and they make the soap box pilot drink a lot of soft drink (Crush) so he'll have to pee just before the race. When he goes for a leak they kidnap him, steal his clothes and one of the girl dress up as him to race in his place.

    The beginning of that movie has the most inappropriate scene in a kids movie! Something involving a beer bottle! Anyone remembers the title?
