I am curious to know if the home my sibling just moved out of is possessed by negative energy? Somehow some people we know including close friends and family feel the terrible energy and would not even step foot in the home after . This can be tricky. The best thing to do would be to research local records to see if there were any events that could be considered tragic or traumatic. Many people are sensitive to negative energy. I, for example, know as soon as I enter a room if there is a negative entity there, or even if there has been. This may have something to do with my Wiccan beliefs, as many have suggested. I personally think that everyone has some psychic ability, it simply depends on how much you have used it to determine how strong it is. I would say that if you have had several people feel that something negative is lurking, connected to the property, then they are probably right. So your sibling moved out of the home? Is this a permanent move or just temporary? If they plan on going back, I would check into having the house blessed and cleansed. Almost all faiths have some type of ritual to bless and cleanse a home...

If you wanted to search the history of the property; I would also search the town history itself. You can start by asking the neighbors about the previous owners of the home. You can also attend the Sheriff's office and place inquires there but every town/city has a property history records office I would look there and the local library for any newspaper articles associated with Andover Drive Vacaville, CA. You obviously feel that it is because of the history of the home it may be or may not be, it could be associated to the land in particular. Your intuition will guide you... I did search the address and found a virtual tour of the property and street... it appears that the photograph is of poor and hard to judge.
