Scifi Tar monster mobile armored lab
There was a Scifi movie that came out in the late 90s or early 2000nds it involved a small town where this creature which was made of tar was able to take over peoples bodies and their eyes would become black and a science team was sent to investigate and they had a mobile armored lab. I think the lead scienctist was a blond woman. Does anyone remember the name of this movie.
