Im 18 and my girlfriend is 16 and for reasons unknown her mom hates the fact that we really do love each other.. I met her when I was 17 and she was 15 and her mom seemed to be OK with everything, she moved away and we decided to stay together. Over the past year I learned and saw how abusive her mother really is to her, the thing is she has 4 younger sisters and a younger brother who her mother treats really good. Its only my girlfriend who is being abused, I think it has allot to do with having different fathers. I also really believe that her mom is jealous of our love for each other, this lady is wicked and will do anything to make sure her daughter is as unhappy as possible. She won't turn her mom in cause she afraid of what could happen to her little sisters and brother. I would do anything for this girl, I love her with all my heart. I would do anything to get her away from her mother and know she was safe even if we didn't end up together. I haven't heard from her for about a week now her mom won't even let me talk to her.

Her mom told me if I tried to call her she would press charges against me.

Could she do so without any proof that I've even had a sexual relationship with her daughter my girlfriend.. How does that work?

Any advice to get her away from her mother could help. Thanks..

What is the mother going to charge you with? Custodial interference, a sexual offense, harassment?

If you really love her and don't want her to be unhappy, leave her alone so her mother leaves her alone.

That's about all you can do for now.
