About the nutrition, and cutting out certain foods and preservatives and etc, I believe will help.. Take care, and everything will be fine.
As Start has mentioned, meditation is a great tool to use to be able to learn to focus and become better focused. In Children, In Adults, Meditation has shown and been proven to greatly improve on many many things. Ranging from focus, stress relief, also used as treatment for many addictions , etc... better concentration is a great benefit.

I have recently installed a rebuilt engine and transmission, the engine is a 5.0L V8 (302), the transmission is an AOD (automatic overdrive). They came out of a 1979 ford thunderbird. The engine and transmission both operate at peak performance. But I am having a problem and I'm somewhat confused...
