Seasoning salt, garlic, whatever you like, the skies the limit. :)

Starty, no fair, I had roast days ago, it was eaten, digested and it's already been flushed, pardon the pun, out of my system. Now I'm hungry. I guess revenge is sweet! ;)

Whats up, you doing alright with the kids in school?
I'd love to come, but I don't have a current passport, and either do the kids. :( I guess it's up to me. Kids, we're going to McDonalds, grab your coats! :)

I'm doing okay, so are the kids, it's all good now. Sydney loves her class and her teacher and so does Jared. Jared is learning french this year and was all excited after school, he learned bonjour, one small step for man, one giant leap for boy kind. ;)

Sydney is making new friends and still playing with her old friends from last year, so she's happy. She's learned a few german words already and she's so eager to learn more, in fact that's all I hear now, "mommy what's the german word for this, and that, oh, how about that". She's really making me think. ;)

Jared's on his own with the french, I only know the dirty words and the naughty phrases. ;)

How about you Starty, how are you and your kids?

Sweet JEEBUS, When will it end?? :p

But since I have No HW, I'll chill here for awile
YouTube - Bowling for Soup - High School Never Ends
Now you say, "Why Guy why are you posting such immature music?" Because the lyrics speak to me (I know, totally epic)

    HEY!
Oh Oh, Oh Oh Oh-Oh, Oh Oh Oh-Oh, Oh Oh Oh-Oh
    HEY!
Oh Oh, Oh Oh Oh-Oh, Oh Oh Oh-Oh, Oh Oh Oh-Oh
    HEY!

4 Years you think for sure
That's all you've got to endure
    All the (total s)
    All the Stuck-up Chicks
    So superficial, so immature

    Then When you graduate,
Ya take a look around and you say "Hey Wait!"
This is the same as where I just came from,
I thought it was over, Aw that's just great.

    Ch:
The Whole Damned World is just as obsessed
With who's the best dressed and (who's having sex)
Who's got the money. Who (gets the honeys)
Who's kind of cute and who's just a mess

And you still don't have the right look
And you don't have the right friends
Nothing changes but the faces, the names, and the trends

    High School Never Ends
Oh Oh, Oh Oh Oh-Oh, Oh Oh Oh-Oh, Oh Oh Oh-Oh
    HEY!
Oh Oh, Oh Oh Oh-Oh, Oh Oh Oh-Oh, Oh Oh Oh-Oh
    HEY!

    Check out the popular kids
You'll never guess what Jessica did!
And how did Mary Kate (lose all that weight?)
And (Katie had a baby so I guess Tom's straight!)

And the only thing that matters,
Is climbing up that social ladder
Still care about your hair and the car you drive
    Doesn't matter if you're 16 or 35

Reese Witherspoon, she's the Prom Queen
Bill Gates, Captain of the chess team
    Jack Black, the clown
    Brad Pitt, the quarterback

    Seen it all before
    I want my money back!

    Ch:
The Whole (damn) World is just as obsessed
With who's the best dressed and (who's having sex)
Who's (in the club and who's on the drugs)
(And who's throwing up before they digest)

And you still don't have the right look
And you don't have the right friends
(And you still listen to the same you did back then)

    High School Never Ends
Oh Oh, Oh Oh Oh-Oh, Oh Oh Oh-Oh, Oh Oh Oh-Oh
    High School Never Ends

    Solo

    Ch:
The Whole Damned World is just as obsessed
With who's the best dressed and (who's having sex)
Who's got the money. Who (gets the hunnys)
Who's kind of cute and who's just a mess

And I still don't have the right look
And I still have the same 3 friends
And I'm pretty much the same as I was back then

    High School Never Ends
Oh Oh, Oh Oh Oh-Oh, Oh Oh Oh-Oh, Oh Oh Oh-Oh
    High School Never Ends

Oh Oh, Oh Oh Oh-Oh, Oh Oh Oh-Oh, Oh Oh Oh-Oh
    High School Never Ends

Oh Oh, Oh Oh Oh-Oh, Oh Oh Oh-Oh, Oh Oh Oh-Oh
    Here We Go Again

Oh Oh, Oh Oh Oh-Oh, Oh Oh Oh-Oh, Oh Oh Oh-Oh

It was good... I made up three of them, only ate one. The other two are in the fridge - one for lunch tomorrow :)

Much better than I thought it would be... I'm glad I did it that way instead of buying the pre-made patty... I made some macaroni/tuna salad stuff (whatever its called) too - mmmmmmmm

Glad you liked it, and nice to see you eating good. I love eating healthy, it doesn't always go my way with the kids, but hey, mothers compromise, right?;)
Good for you... see you in a bit...

Yeah... Since the beginning of the summer I got on this kick... it feels good though...

Working out everyday, trying to do some sort of sport 3ish times a week and eating healthy... It makes you feel so good :)

EDIT: On that note, what do you guys think of pasta? I'm trying to stay away since it has all the carbs in it, but its cheap/easy and not terrible for you (no fat, sugar, etc)...

Pasta, if you get whole grain or multi grain... isn't too bad. I usually stay away from it because I'm still trying to cut down a bit more...
