    I have been on dianette contreceptive pill since I was 15 for acne. I am now 31 and
    I would like to come off dianette now. Does anyone know if my acne will come back now at 31 if I come off the pill? I have poly cystic ovary syndrome.

    Ordinary contraceptive pills have little or no effect on acne, but there are other contraceptive pills such as dianette that can reduce excessive grease production. If you are worried about getting acne once you get off the pill, then I recommend that you speak to your doctor. He/she will explain to you what to expect when you're off the pill, and perhaps refer you to a dermatologist.
