Hi, my partner and I have a problem with our sex life.

We are both easily aroused by each other, have similar appettites and often bring each other to orgasm during oral sex.

She has an OCD problem which causes her to excessively worry about cleanliness. This causes her to stress out and not relax.

When it comes to sex, she is always very wet and easily aroused. But entry causes pain initially because she is anxious and my penis is quite thick. After entry, she will feel some pleasure which dissipates very quickly.

So even though I keep moving in her, she doesn't feel any pleasure! Yet, she is still wet and touching her and kissing her keeps her aroused.

Of course, because of this, she can not orgasm during sex. We have tried different positions but it only increases the pleasure a small amount. Usually it causes her pain due to my size.

Please can anyone give some advice on how to increase her sexual feelings during sex?

By the way, I am 28 and she is 23. And she has had 2 lovers including me. She said it was the same with her other lover.

If she has OCD is she under any medications that can cause this or is she in therapy?

I don't see how a woman with OCD could have an orgasm, I just don't see it.

Keep in mind, I'm not a psychiatrist, nor do I know the side effects of medication for OCD in case she is medicated. Isn't OCD basically an neurotic way to avoid sexual thoughts feelings, etc?? I'll check on that.

I just did a simple research on the causes of OCD, and there is very often a sexual/religious component... those kinds of thoughts-feelings that cause anxiety which kicks in the ritual behavior. It starts often when young girls hit puberty(or boys) when sexuality takes over their personalities as sex hormones flood the body.

Treatment is mandatory as soon as possible.
