Starby? Dixy (my dog) is also afraid of water, i think that that have been nearly two years :eek:that she has not got any bath at all, but fortunately, she doesn't stinks:p. She is not aware that she'll have one after my exams. But the shampoo for dogs is more expensive than ordinary ones for people, dunno if it's the same there.
What is that i hear? rose petals? morning breakfast in bed? that new castle is really ...WOW! Those piranahs do not seem friendly though, i can see the crocs hiding there, it's the first time that i see them keeping their large mouth shut in such a sun! LOL
Oh, one question, is that castle just above the foundations of the previous one? The landscape has changed a lot since i got here last time.
Princess Rebbie! At last you found your courage! Don't be afraid to lose it, once you get it, it's more difficult to get rid of it, and i'm sure that your Angel, the dep. Sherif and the Sherif will help you to keep it.
Ok, have you all a good morning, a good afternoon. By tommorrow morning, it'll be night for you, so, i won't say good nite. CU later!!!:)
Yes Unky! The Queens, and the Princess have returned! To answer your question, we cannot disclose that information on the renovations made to the new and improved castle. It would give away our secrets! :p
You don't have to buy those expensive shampoos for Dixi. Buy some dishsoap. (Dawn, Ivory, or Dial are best because they are gentle, and they come in antibacterial) Use an old large shampoo bottle, and mix 1 pint of the soap, 1 pint of water, 1 pint of apple cider vinegar, and about 4 ounces of glycerine. (you should be able to buy glycerine at the drug store) It won't cost you much at all, and it will last you for ages! If you can't find glycerine, don't worry. You can also use just the dish liquid, water and vinegar. Every once in awhile, you can also sprinkle Dixy with baking soda, and brush it through. You really don't need that expensive shampoo at all. :)

At least you don't have kids to take along, they're good for at least $20 of impulse items and an extra 1/2 hour at the store. ;)
Well I've been on a health kick for a while now, so I'm trying to stay away from the frozen and other "bad" foods. Got some chicken breast and ground turkey for turkey burgers. But I need to think up a few more dinner meals that I can eat without feeling like I'm eating badly

Biggie, there are so many better foods now. You can get the whole grain fortified pasta's breads, rice etc. I've got some good recipes for awesome healthy meals if you want them. It might take me awhile to send them, but they are simple... really simple ones, that don't need a lot of ingredients at all.

I might take you up on that Starby :)
I figured living in the apartment would be good since I can control what I eat as opposed to the cafeteria food which isn't good for you at all  :p

What kind of foods do you like. Okay, that was a bit of a big question there. Do you like a lot of veg's, fruit too? Do you like anything like eggplant. Or are you a big meat eater.
I can give you a really quick one, and it kind of tastes a bit like a quick pizza pop kind of thing... only sooooo much better.
You need a loaf of french bread, olive oil, a bulb of garlic, cherry or plum tomatoes, and shredded cheddar and mozza. (or whatever cheese you like) and deli turkey or whatever meat you like.
Take the whole bulb (lrg) of garlic, put it and tin foil, and drizzle it with olive oil. Wrap it up, and just throw it into the oven at about 350 for about 45 minutes. 20 minutes before the garlic is done, get a baking sheet, pan, whatever you have that is oven safe. Spread out the tomatoes, drizzle them with olive oil and S&P.
When you take them out, stick the bread in the oven for a few minutes, just to toast it a bit. In the meantime, put the roasted tomatoes in a bowl, and then just squeeze the garlic bulb in the same bowl, because it will all be mushy, and mash them together. Spread the garlic and tomato mix on the bread, (the garlic will have a really mild sweet taste) cover with the meat and cheese, and turn the oven to broil for about a minute to melt it!
It might sound harder than it is. It really isn't at all. Just chuck in that garlic and go do something, and then come back to add the tomatoes, and it's all good after that! And you only have to wash the one pan!
Trust me... it tastes awesome! I wasn't sure I would like it when I first tried it, and now I make it ALL the time! :D

Great, now I'm hungry, thanks a lot. ;)
The first day of school went well, only 10 months to go. ;)
Sydney was so excited when she got home, couldn't wait to tell me about her day. Jared's teacher is wonderful and he's so happy that he has her this year. So far so good, heaven help me if it goes downhill.
I'm worried about Sydney, she's in the german class this year so none of her classmates from last year are in class with her this year. She was really shy this morning and quiet. I think she lightened up, she said she talked to a few of the kids in her class and then played with her old friends at recess, I hope she adjusts.
Just call me mommy worry wart. :)

Thanks Starby,
That sounds really good, I will definitely try that some day and let you know how it goes. It made me hungry...
I was going to make a turkey burger but forgot the turkey was frozen in the freezer. So I guess that's for tomorrow night. I'm eating scrambled eggs for dinner... Can you tell I'm in college? :)

... oh yes, I can do worse... just ask Sneezy! A tired, sleepy Chicky is not a good thing. I say whatever I think... sans buffer.
For future reference: Chicky needs a buffer. All the things that are thought up in that little Chicky brain are not for general knowledge. Sleepiness, stress, and lack of coffee make for a buffer-less Chicky. NOT GOOD!
