    I can't delete folders
I have no idea why. I was hoping someone could explain to me why there are several folders inside of a particular folder that I can't delete. The error I get when I try is "The operation cannot be completed because the file is in use." There is no file in the folder though. Is there anyway to get around this. The folder is becoming cluttered.

    Thanks so much!

In take case boot into Safe mode and delete from there.

Just after the manufacture's Splash screen hit F8 repeatedly, Safe Mode is one of the options there.
If you get to the windows screen you'll need to start over.
