    Civil judgement
I am applying for a mortgage and I found out that a civil judgement was placed on me that I was not aware of. How do I make this judgement go away without paying it?

Your choices are to pay it (is it your debt) or try to get it overturned on the grounds you were never served, have no knowledge, it's not your debt. It won't just go away. It's good for X years - depending on your State - and it's almost always renewable for the same term.

If you get it overturned and it is your debt you will undoubtedly be served again and then there will be hearing which you can attend.

I moved this to the Bankruptcy and Debt forum since it has nothing to do with Criminal Law. Please take more care in choosing what forum to post in in the future.

You are not going to make a judgement go away without paying unless you can prove the cause of the judgement was not valid.

If you want more help, you are going to have to provide more details.
