    And I love this one, first a 2007 case law reference in the name to show you were to look ( sort of gives it away? ) but you merely go to the exact title in the legal law library and it will show the date the decission was given, what the professor wants them to do is tell the difference between the filing date, the court date, and the decission date.

    In the others, you have to know where to look for the majority and minority opinions, count the judges in each for total judges.

    I am thinking college not law school, by time they get to law school these questions are too simple.
