    Hiya,
    There's much debate about foods that an help or foods that can cause harm. Main advice seems to be to eat your 5 portions of fruit and veg a day. Eating protein is supposed to be good as this is the building block of all cells. What you don't want to do is over stimulate your immune system as its an over active immune system that is causing the problem. Are you being treated with any meds? Have you looked at the Myasthenia Gravis association website? They have a forum on there and lots more people would be able to help you. You have to remember this disease is rare only 3-5 people per 100,000 in the uk diagnosed with it, so this may not be the best forum for you. I have the phrase myasthenia gravis set up on Google alert that's how I found you!
