    No blower
I purchased a 7 day honeywell thermostat and installed it.(heat pump system) the heat worked fine.. now that it is hot the ac unit is turning on but the blower in the basement is not coming on.. I'm not sure if this worked before I changed thermostat because I just bought the house. However the heat currently still turns on the blower... I can not get the blower on for A/C OR fan manual control... does the blower use the same output to turn on?, what else can I check...

The fan is usually controlled by a relay, that may have an input from both the furnace or outdoor unit. Inside an access panel of both units should be a wiring diagram, try to use this to trace out what controls the fan and see if that relay is defective for the cooling.
