I think I'm paranoid about something. Sometimes ill get this errie feeling to be at a specific place, and if I go or if I don't I find out that someone whom I have "feelings" for is usually there 9/10 times. I said to my mum the other night "what would you do if you saw so and sos car", bam around 2 minutes later there they are. It happens so much its so hard to explain. I was driving along a road and then the street light went out, 2 nights in a row... same light. But when other cars were around it wouldn't go out? Weird things like that happen to me? I don't know what it is? Or what it could mean.

No, I do not believe that you are simply paranoid. What you are describing is a very similar situation that I have dealt with for around six years. I have these simple premonitions of, like you said, nothing major or important, that will most certainly occur. The street lamps--they have gone out on eight separate occasions when I have my cousin on my mind and driving, which is often, as we were so close, and her death remains unsolved. I will have this recurring urge to go somewhere, some location, almost as if I am compelled to do so, for some important, yet unknown reason. Turns out, after hundreds of hours of research, these places and locations I would go to, something happened there--a death, a fire, a catastrophe, an automobile accident, the list goes on and on. It may have been something bad that happened recently, or even 50 or 60 years ago. Example: I drove to a field near an estate that was vacant, where brush had already reclaimed it. I simply hung out there for a while, and then felt free to leave at some point. Come to find out in archives, a farmhouse stood there until 1938, and three people died in a fire in that once existing house, on that exact location. But why? I do not know if you can relate too much of this, but after reading your post, I felt the need to write you. I am still figuring this out myself... now I have been talking with a paranormal research team in my area, to try to find some help, some answers. I know this probably did not help answer any of your questions, but please know you are not alone and without help figuring this out. Please let me know your feelings and what you think!

You are very intuitive and should learn HOW to follow it. I have had similar experiences and call it something between being real intuitive and ESP. You need to learn to develop it and follow it like what does it mean and what do I need to do about it? Don't just ignore it.
Also keep a list of what you 'sensed', and was it positive or negative, and what you did and the outcome to see the patterns.
Also keep a journal of your dreams and the interpretations as well.

Some street lights go out when I walk under them too. Coast to coast says it is some enegry field or something.

I agree with NOhelp4u, it is your intuition and follow it. I wouldn't question it or try to figure it out just appreciate the small blessings. It wouldn't hurt for you to educate yourself in this spiritual area as there may be more abilities or ideas you haven't explored yet and possibly you can get in touch with your 5 senses and heighten your awareness to be able to receive messages more accurately at a higher frequency.

NoHelp is on target with this one (as usual). It is a gift, call it being psychic or intuitive or having the Sight, or any of a thousand other names. It's tricky in our society, which doesn't have established procedures for training people with these talents. On the other hand, we have advantages like libraries and the internet, that allow us to eclectically sample from many traditions and use the techniques that seem to work best.

But training is the key. For the ordinary sort of gift, it will neither do you very much good, nor cause you much harm, if you leave it alone. But with training, you can build skill on a foundation of talent. Some popular things to try: Meditation, tarot, shamanic journeywork. In teachers look for personal integrity in all aspects of their lives, teachings that make you less dependent on them, not more, and teachers who have a sense of humor. The more powerful your gift, the more important that it be trained. The level of danger goes up with the level of power.

Gifts are great, but they can be more. They can be an art, a science, a way of doing good in the world, and an endless delight to those of us who develop them.
