I 751 fraud and USCIS procedures
    Hi,
I am married to a Russian citizen. After 1 year of living with me, she left. Her intentions when she married were strictly for a green card to get her sick daughter here for medical treatment. She left 2 months before the 90 day window to file the 751 alone. She found a lawyer, and filed under VAWA. However, she is quite stupid. She filed 1 police report 3 months after she moved out, and right in the middle of the 751 window. The police dismissed the report, and she was unable to get a protection order. I immediately started writing to USCIS. She has committed immigration fraud, marriage fraud, perjury, adultery, money laundering, insurance fraud, and has her daughter involved in prostitution and the mafia in Moscow. These funds are being moved from Moscow to the US, changes banks, and then is funneled back to Moscow in amounts under $10K. I am able to prove these with 100% certainty. I turned all of this information over to USCIS, and this was investigated by ICE in February 2008. Her file then went to the California District Office, to director Christine Poulos. There it stayed for 5 months. In July 2008, it was sent to the regional sub office of Cleveland. Her file is in a secure area where only the director and an immigration judge can get to it. I was also contacted by the FBI 2 weeks ago, investigating the money laundering.

After this background, my question is this: does ANYone know the procedures of USCIS as it relates to this case? Her file is locked away, not in the normal procedures. Of course, immigration tells me nothing, even though we are still married. ANY information, advice or comments would be welcomed. My email is: [email protected]. I thank you very much in advance for your comments and assistance.

    Sincerely,

    Jim S.

You won't be notified for any further info about this case. What you should do is file for a divorce or annulment and finish this chapter.

    Hi,

Thanks for the response. Actually I have gotten quite a bit of information from various sources. I pretty much have known what has been going on with this case for 14 months.
However, it has been my efforts.

When I get further information that would benefit the board, I will post. Thanks

    J.S.
