    Birth certificate
    My birth certificate has the wrong name on it, my social security card has the right name on it. My question is, how do I change the name on my birth certificate to the correct name.

    Actually your birth certificate has the correct name. The because is a legal document and even if a mistake was made on it its your legal name. You would have to go to court to amend the because.
