    Can a Credit Card Company (CitiBank) attach my checking and saving accout in the state of Texas if they have a judge against my wife? Also they and the judgement is in the state of Calif...

    First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

    As long as someone is listed as an owner of an asset it can be attached to satisfy a debt. If your wife is not listed as an owner of your accounts they are safe.
