    Jail time
    I am facing aggravated robbery and aggravated burglary.this is my first offense and I have a good lawyer.can anybody tell me what to expect

    Jail Time... 3-5, depends on the injuries sustained. It could be decreased by a good lawyer but don't expect to walk free

    Depends on the State and your past record - over 1/3 walk away from it.

    With a good Attorney and no priors and no one hurt I'd expect a plea deal, restitution, fines, probation.

    Yes, your attorney can tell you what to expect. Your attorney is in the best position to know the case, the local law and the temperament of the judges.
