    Wire blower for furnace and woodburner
    I have an airco hot air furnace and have an outdoor wood burner. I would like to know how to wire up the fan control center to the furnace so you con use the blower on the furnace and be wired to a thermostat :rolleyes:

    Add a relay to the hot air furnace blower motor wiring so the relay will activate the blower motor circuit. Then you will need to activate the relay from some sort of temperature control at the wood burner.

    There are many ways to control this setup but you did not give much info on exactly what you have to start with and trying to figure this out long distance without actually being there is almost impossible..

    I have a fan control center that I am trying to hook up to my existing furnace, which is an airco, and a second thermostat so I can use the blower off the existing furnace with my outdoor wood burner. My existing thermostat has only two wires to it. I am told that I need three wires to run the new thermostat. But from what I understand that using the fan control center and the new thermostat my blower should work. So if you could help me on how to hook the fan control center and thermostat up it would be great. Thank you for your help.

    Check over the wiring on the link below

    Just activate it using the R (red) and W (white) wires on the low voltage side.

    Then pick how you would like to control the fan from various sources on the diagram.
