First of all why would she want to make up these lies? If she does turn you in then there will probably be an investigation as hurting a child is a serious offence, like you said there is no evidence and you haven't done anything wrong so they would prob just look into it and not take the matter further if there is know sign of abuse! Why would your sister and your parents be so cruel to do this to you though?

Anyone can accuse someone of anything. But it requires proof to uphold the accusation. If you child shows no evidence of abuse, then you shouldn't have a problem.

As for moving out, some states autoimatically emancipate a mother when she has a baby In other states, you may still be the responsibility of your parents.

BTW, where is the baby's father in all this?

Hey - does this have anything to do with you thinking you are pregnant again and want to have an abortion? Is your family upset about that and so they are concerned about your first child?

Do you live with your sister now? Your parents? By yourself?

Confused why they are making these things up about you.

He may be yours by birth, but having sex a week after giving birth does not show smart parenting. Could be your sister has a reason for thinking the child is better off with her.

Again, you need to get your act together.

Come on? If he is yours, you are having sex a week after giving birth, you are 17, you want to know who will pay for your abortion - that child should be with the person/family who can best take care of it, emotionally, financially.

    I'm not sure that's you.
