    Pending I 751 I want to file i129f
    Hello I got married on 01/15/2005 his interview day for resident was 03/17/2006 he was granted his conditional resident card until 03/17/2008 we submited I 751 on January 2008 on August 5 we submited on divorce and we have received final hearing date for October 10. I have meet someone and I want to file I 129f would it be any problem if I am still on his I 751

    1. You must wait until the divorce is final.
    2. You should not submit I-129F as soon as you get divorced. USCIS may see this as marriage for convenience and may give you and your new spouse a hard time. Stay single at least 6 months...
