To those feeling anger about a break up.
To anyone that is feeling anger towards someone who broke your heart. Just remember that your life consists of many chapters and many journeys. You have to accept to close this chapter in the same way you closed the chapter to your childhood... by moving on and learning from your experiences.

Being so angry about him/her and the situation is only going to build hate and resentment in your heart. You don't want that kind of turmoil to be present when it's time for you to experience a new relationship with another person.

Life goes on and life changes, you have to learn to be more accepting of that.

Great post! I learned long ago that HATE is a wasted emotion, it only hurts the person that holds in the hate.

Hate is indeed a wasted emotion... it's not worth the time or the effort to put that much energy into a person that is making you so unhappy that you can't stand the site of them...

I think it's natural to be angry when being dumped, cheated on, whatever. I think that anger/hatred needs to be turned into a positive and used to better yourself and learn what you want and dislike down the road in the next relationship after there is time to heal.

    Baggage is a no bueno.
