    Repossession of mobile home.
    In getting a mortgage I have come across a underwriter who is counting it as a foreclosure instead of a reposession on my mobile home. Is this legal? Mobile Home is titled not deeded.

    You are correct, a mobile home has a title. Technically it was not a mortgage but a chattel loan. They need to rethink this.
