IE Script Error in new profile only
Vista 32b - Setup new profile for wife. When trying to open antivirus (BitDefender) control console I received IE Script error (see attached) - "URL: res://C:\Program Files\BitDefender\BitDefender 2009\ENU\seccenter.ui/700". This does not occur under my profile. Tried the following with no luck - (1) deleted and recreated wife's profile (2) removed BitDefender and install TrendMicro (3) Ran RegCure.

    Anyone have a fix?

She may not have admin rights in her account, so she would not be able to access that

When installing antivirus, was there an option to set for all users of computer or just the admin?

You could probably install antivirus in her profile

I (admin) created the account and set it as admin privleges also. The antivirus was already installed long ago under my account.

I fixed the problem - I had to turn off "User Account Control" for my wife's profile.
