    You are not very thin and you are not fit?
    How come?
    Being you not verythin means that you'r fit,right?

    You can be fit and heavy but a lot depends on your over all health.
    Most over weight people are not healthy, as well as some thin people are not healthy either

    I think so. But many people will claim they are healthy and aren't so I think it depends on what you call healthy. Like what does the doctor say? Can you exercise without getting out of breath and worn out?
    Things like that.
