    Yellow teeth
Hello, my twins are 14 months old and were premature. They were in the hospital about two months after birth. They are both getting some teeth at this point, but ones teeth are growing in yellow and the other one is fine. They were both sick when they were born and went through a lot of medications and treatments. The baby with the yellow teeth more than the other. Can you tell me why the teeth are coming in yellow. She has three at the moment and they are all yellow.

    WOW! Busy dad!

The medications your daughter was given are probably the cause of her teeth being yellow. You many find that not all of her baby teeth will be yellow, it would depend on the development of the tooth bud at the time she had the medication.

Good news is that her adult teeth won't be affected if she isn't on a lot of antibiotics during the next 5-6 years.
