The plot that we can all remember at work however fail to remember the name or any actors in it.. . so here we go: there is a bar on an island on a lake were everybody goes to party the owner's sister lives upstairs and everybody want's to score with her however, the owner is very protective of her the geeky boy finally gets to crawl up there and meets the sister and his brother finds out and is now after him.. . as well there is like a motorcycle gang but they are on jet ski's as most of the movie is played on the island bar.. . any help would be great?

I may be wrong, but it sounds like meatballs 3 with Patrick Dempsy.
