    How do I get a 3rd party evicted from my town home?

    You need to give us a few more details. We need to know the relationship between the people involved, if there have ever been any payments made and to whom (i.e. rent, utilities, etc.), any verbal or written agreements, how long the person has been there, and basically everything you can tell us about the situation.
