    Heloo guys :) hope you are all OK

    Ummm OK here is the thing! Till now am considered thin!

    But ifeel lately that I have gained weight! And I really want to save myself

    Before it'z too late! And the problem is I don't know why I'm just eating and never feel

    Full :(

    I'm walking and jogging for an hour! But my eating is very bad

    Sooo who can help me? I want to be strong and never feel weak!

    This is happening to me to I am always hungry never full. Ive gained 30 pounds not an inch fatter. Age would help so I can help determine the reason.

    Ummm I really don't know what is the matter!

    I started to eat small sncaks like 5 snacks a day! And I hope it's going to work

    Try it my friend :)

    I eat salad, yoghurt, fruit, energy bar and I drink water
