What is a "3 face bracket"?

First off, it is 3-phase, not "3 face". Second, you cannot hook this up unless you have a 3-phase service to your home. The ONLY other option is a phase converter, which is not as easy as it sounds. It's not some little plug in device.

It would be MUCH easier to change the motor to single phase than to install a phase converter.

To be honest, from the nature of your question, whatever you do you would be well served to have a pro do it.
