    Hello harry0013,

    To be honest, I don't know how effective aquafresh is. Did you click on the blue words on my previous post? Those links will bring you to the crest and aquafresh websites. You can read more on their products.

    In my opinion, if you want an effective whitening product I would go to your dentist and request one. The suggestions I made are more reasonable when it comes to money. The dental whitening isn't cheap.
