    How do you burn actuall fat
    How do u burn body fat? I've tried so many thing but all I do is burn off water weight and calories.

    Calories is a way to burn off fat.

    Cardio and proper eating.

    To reduce your body fat percentage it's counter productive to starve yourself. Make sure you are getting 1300-1500 calories per day consumed in 5-6 meals over the course of the day. In addition avoid sugary foods and foods with a lot of processed starches.
    For exercise try something like Crossfit at Welcome to CrossFit: Forging Elite Fitness or one of their affiliates, or any program that includes long distance running, sprinting, and weight lifting. Weight lifting is a vital part of weight loss and overall health. The book "Starting Strength" will point you in the right direction for lifting healthily.
